Trading Education Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Sharma Trading School (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) and the individual enrolling in trading education services (“You”, “Student”).

By purchasing or attending any session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services (Education Only)

Sharma Trading School provides educational content only related to financial markets, including but not limited to stocks, options, futures, and trading strategies.

• We do not provide financial advice

• We are not licensed financial advisers

• Nothing shared during sessions should be considered investment advice, recommendations, or signals

All decisions made in the market are entirely your own responsibility.

2. No Profit Guarantees & Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Trading involves substantial risk

• Losses can exceed expectations and 100% of capital can be lost

• No profits or returns are guaranteed

• Past performance is not indicative of future results

You accept full responsibility for all trades you place.

3. Student Responsibility

You understand that:

• All trades are executed by you

• Sharma Trading School is not responsible for profits, losses, or outcomes

• Risk management decisions are solely your responsibility

• Psychological and emotional control is part of trading risk

4. Session Structure (1-on-1)

• All sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise stated

• Sessions start and end at the scheduled time

• Late arrival does not extend session duration

• No ongoing support is implied outside the booked session unless explicitly agreed

5. No Refund Policy (Strict)

All purchases are final.

• No refunds under any circumstances

• No refunds for missed sessions

• No refunds due to dissatisfaction, market losses, or change of mind

By purchasing, you explicitly waive any right to chargebacks or disputes.

6. No Recording Policy

• Sessions are not recorded by Sharma Trading School

• Students are not permitted to record sessions without written consent

• Any unauthorised recording may result in termination of the session without refund

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, explanations, frameworks, and strategies shared remain the intellectual property of Sharma Trading School.

You may not:

• Redistribute

• Resell

• Record

• Share content publicly or privately

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Sharma Trading School shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses

• Emotional distress

• Trading outcomes

• Indirect or consequential damages

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, booking, or attending any session, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You understand the risks involved

• You accept full responsibility for your actions

• You agree to all terms listed above
